You'll need to be able to work well under pressure, manage multiple calls and emails simultaneously, and maintain a high level of productivity. By doing so, you'll be able to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, and contribute to the overall success of our customer service team.What you doAs a Technical Services Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and overseeing activities related to the infra managed services / platforms. Your role will involve troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring smooth operation of IT systems, and enhancing user experience. You will also act as the role of Macau onsite coordinator for all group projects including end user pilot test, trouble shooting, local onsite support and post-live activities etc.- Ensure risks identified in Vulnerability Assessment will be addressed promptly.- Conduct regular maintenance and updates to ensure infrastructure / services / platforms are secure.- Manage endpoint security, including antivirus, encryption, and device management.- Act as the local project manager / coordinators for group projects and facilitate local technical support.- Collaborate with SG and HK IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of IT services.- Participate in IT projects and initiatives to improve end-user services and infrastructure.- Provide first-line technical support to end users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.- Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices such as desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.- Document and track support requests, resolutions, and follow-up actions.- Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.Who you are - Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent- Extensive experience in helpdesk or workspace technology or infrastructure role - Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified : Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or similar are a plus- Sound knowledge of Windows administration (e.g. Active Directory, SCCM, OU Policy…etc) Some hands-on experience in VMWare, ESXi, Microsoft IIS, MySQL, Tomcat, RHEL, Cisco, Palo Alto, CheckPoint, or similar are a plus. Advanced excel skills are desirable - Logical, analytical and diligent- Strong communication and interpersonal skills Who we are Today, we're on a journey of transformation.
