Job Overview

Under the direction of the Master Installer and Project Manager, this position completes product installation and removal, site setups and tear downs / cleanups, product preparation in warehouse, and the service and repair of our products post-install.

Highlights of your role

Execute Marvin Replacement window and door installation projects utilizing various trade methods standard within the industry.

• Complete field service & repair of products during and after installation, as assigned.
• Provide superior customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication and treatment of our customers.
• Communicate all product and install issues to appropriate parties, including Marvin Replacement team and customer.
• Clear, concise jobsite documentation that provides insight to the support staff to facilitate timely closure of all service requests.
• Hours will vary and will be influenced heavily on the wants and needs of our customers.
• Manage personal safety, customer jobsite, and personal appearance. Manage and maintain company issued assets, i.e. trucks, tools, phone and computer / notepad.
