What You'll Do

As the Direct-to-Consumer Sales Manager, you will own the performance, growth, and development of RenoFi's inbound sales teamthe first point of contact for thousands of homeowners nationwide. Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of mortgage professionals to consistently exceed production and conversion goals.
