Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new clients, creating a welcoming environment for diverse backgrounds.
• Deliver tailored outpatient therapy for individuals and families, addressing the unique circumstances of each client.
• Craft comprehensive crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to empower clients on their mental health journey.
• Participate actively in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning to enhance client outcomes.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms completion, showcasing professional integrity.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and dietitians, to provide holistic mental health care.
