Acura of Memphis is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to lead our finance and insurance operations with precision, professionalism, and integrity. Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage all aspects of the Finance & Insurance department to ensure efficiency, profitability, and compliance
  • Present and explain financing, leasing, and extended protection options clearly and professionally
  • Secure financing approvals and structure deals in accordance with lender and dealership policies
  • Maintain full compliance with federal, state, and lender regulations (Truth in Lending, Privacy, etc.)
  • Review all paperwork for accuracy and completeness prior to delivery
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless, transparent client experience
  • Monitor and analyze department performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Build long-term relationships with customers through trust, follow-up, and exceptional service
  • Qualifications :

  • A strong background in automotive finance or sales management, with a proven track record of success in previous roles
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members
  • Ability to analyze complex financial situations and present solutions that benefit both the dealership and the customer
  • A commitment to maintaining the highest level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
