Job descriptionBuild a territory plan targeting owners, GCs, and specialty subs for concrete repair / restoration scopes. Sell labor-inclusive repair packages and cross-sell access, containment, and shoring for turnkey delivery. Develop pricing with operations; compile equipment / labor assumptions and schedules for accurate quotes. Negotiate terms within guidelines; secure awards, extensions, and change orders. Maintain disciplined pipeline, activity notes, and forecasting in CRM Complete prequalification, safety documentation, and contract routing. Support job kickoffs and handoffs to ensure safe, efficient field execution. 3+ years of labor contract sales experience Concrete repair / restoration background (field, estimating, or project sales). CRM proficiency with consistent pipeline hygiene. Scaffold / access familiarity preferred; ability to read drawings / specs Base salary up to 120k / year plus commission Vehicle allowance plus mileage reimbursement Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage Hybrid opportunity with laptop and phone included 401k with company match.

- They are adding an Outside Sales Representative for the Tampa market with a focus on concrete repair and restoration. In this role, the Outside Sales Representative will sell the full product portfolio while leading with repair expertise - combining technical know-how with business development to deliver tailored proposals and coordinate safe, efficient project execution.
