Job description

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in Grafton, WI, 53024. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility. If you have a passion for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment.
  • Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
  • Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance preferred.
  • Proven experience as an industrial maintenance technician or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
