We are looking for a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice in Sun City West, AZ. We are looking for a provider who can join us on a part-time basis providing direct patient care, with the potential to increase to full time.

Our ideal NP / PA is holistically minded, comfortable working within an integrated setting, collaborating with a knowledgeable and well-respected team of professionals, to offer a comprehensive approach to patients living with acute and chronic pain.

Job duties include performing trigger point injections and Regen med injections done IM (intramuscularly) or in joints. A Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with experience in orthopedics, Physical Med and Rehab, or Pain management background and experience with joint injections is required.

Duties :

• Patient exam / evaluation (medical history, physical / functional exam, review pertinent med records / imaging)
• Order and review tests / labs
• Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
• Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, rehab / exercises and various modalities
• Manage patient care
• Treatments- perform trigger point, joint and regen med injections (PRP)
• Documentation and progress notes
• Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care

Requirements :

• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in AZ
• Orthopedic, Physical Med and Rehab, or Pain management background is a plus
• Experience with joint injections a plus

Schedule :

Part time (3 days per week) with potential to increase to full time as the patient base increases

Compensation :

$50-$60 / hour (depending on experience)
