Job Description

Location : Remote (Work from Home)

Scope :

We are seeking experienced call center collectors to manage a portfolio of aged consumer and small business accounts (10+ years). Candidates should have 1-2 years of collections experience , be comfortable handling outbound calls, negotiating repayment arrangements, and accurately documenting account activity.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct outbound collection calls to aged accounts
• Negotiate repayment arrangements and document interactions in CRM
• Escalate complex accounts appropriately
• Maintain professional, empathetic interactions with customers

• Contract assignment, remote work
• Agency to provide candidates ready-to-start immediately

Candidate Requirements :

Experience : 1-2 years in collections or customer service, preferably on at least one of the following product types :

o Payday / Short-Term Loans

o Personal / Installment Loans

o Lease-to-Own / Retail Financing

o Digital / Fintech Loans

o Credit Union / Community Loans

o Rental / Real Estate Accounts

Skills : Strong verbal communication, negotiation skills, professional phone etiquette

Compliance & Certifications :

o Familiarity with US collections laws and regulations (FDCPA, TCPA, state-specific laws)

o Mandatory certifications / trainings as per US regulations, e.g., Collections Compliance Training, FDCPA Certification

"The pay rate for this position starts at $16.00; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the position offered."
