任职资格
- 本科及以上学历 工科背景优先
- 北美区域运营经验8-10年 新能源及车辆制造行业经验优先
- 英语和中文均可作为工作语言者优先
- 善于沟通 有良好的洞察及战略把控能力
Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage the departmental structure for the North American region and collaborate effectively with other departments;
- Lead the federal and state policy interpretation and government relations development in North American region;
- Responsible for market development, strategy implementation and personnel recruitment in North American region;
- Communicate with research institutes, universities and other local organizations for information on frontier technological developments related to cathode materials.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree or above, engineering background is preferred;
- 8-10 years of experience in North America regional business operation, experience in automotive manufacturing and new energy industry is preferred;
- Both English and Mandarin Chinese as working languages are preferred;
- Solid communication skills, with good strategic insight and management ability.
