As a 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor, you will work directly with the 2nd Shift Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations. Youll play a key role in ensuring shipments go out on time, inventory is accurate, and safety is a top priority.

2nd Shift : Monday Friday, 4 : 00 PM 12 : 30 AM (weekends as needed).

Flexibility Required : Occasional coverage for 1st shift and potential travel opportunities.

Lead and supervise a team handling shipping, inventory, and warehouse operations.

Ensure all outgoing shipments meet quality and accuracy standards.

Train, certify, and oversee forklift drivers.

Maintain shipping records and investigate any discrepancies.

Monitor and improve productivity while keeping safety a priority.

Communicate effectively with different departments to keep things running smoothly.

Drive continuous improvement by identifying ways to streamline operations and cut costs.

Warehouse Leadership Experience Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.

Safety & Quality Focused Strong knowledge of safety protocols and quality assurance.

Strong Communicator Ability to give clear instructions and coordinate with different teams.
