Responsibilities include developing reports and dashboards, managing customer data in a CRM, collaborating with sales and other teams to streamline processes, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decisions and goal achievement. Key skills involve strong analytical abilities, proficiency with data analysis tools like Excel and CRMs, excellent communication, and a knack for problem-solving and organization. Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis & Reporting : Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to track performance against key metrics and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. This includes building and maintaining dashboards, as well as creating ad-hoc reports for leadership. Engaging sales leaders proactively and often to ensure everyone is equipped with leading indicators to manage seller performance and region revenue commitments better
  • Process Optimization : Streamlining and optimizing sales processes, procedures, and standards to improve efficiency and achieve results-driven outcomes.
  • Forecasting : Utilize historical sales data, pipeline analysis, and market trends to develop and refine sales forecast models that improve the predictability of revenue. Developing forecasts for future sales trends to help the team meet their goals and contribute to strategic business planning.
  • Performance Tracking : Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives (OKRs) to measure the performance to assigned quotas and success of sales initiatives.
  • CRM Management : Ensuring customer data is accurate and well-maintained within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to provide a clear view of the sales pipeline. Work with sales and leadership to ensure aging or inaccurate or incomplete data is called out and track till it is resolved to standards.
  • Collaboration : Working closely with sales teams, management, and cross-functional departments (like marketing and finance) to ensure alignment and drive consensus on solutions. Be present at all key sales meetings to ensure data is represented and interpreted and actioned appropriately.
  • Strategic Support : Identifying and proposing solutions for sales-related problems and implementing initiatives to improve overall sales performance and revenue growth. Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • Analytical Skills : Strong ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Technical Proficiency : Expertise with tools such as spreadsheets (Excel), CRM software, and business intelligence software for data analysis and reporting.
  • Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey findings and collaborate with various teams.
