Our Organization and Mission : The Division of Professions is responsible for the licensing of over 503,000 professionals. These professions include architects and interior designers, asbestos consultants, athlete agents, auctioneers, barbers, building code administrators and inspectors, community association managers, construction contractors, cosmetology, electrical contractors, employee leasing companies, geologists, home inspectors, landscape architects, mold assessors and remediators, pilot commissioners and veterinarians. Housed within the division is the Bureau of Education and Testing and the Florida Building Commission.
The Work You Will Do : This position assists the Senior Management Analyst Supervisor with managing contracts, preparing rule making packets, conducting training, identifying process improvements for the division, and completing special projects for the Director's Office and board offices as needed.

Minimum Requirements : Must have a high school diploma or equivalent education and two (2) years of work experience. Preferred : Two or more years using Microsoft Office Suite. Two or more years experience working in a professional office environment. One or more years' experience in implementing process improvements or coordinating project completion across multiple work units.
