Job Title- Marketing Coordinator
Work Location : Remote
Work Schedule : Part Time / Approx 10-12 hours per week, flexible on days
Duration- 06 Month+ Contract
POSITION SUMMARY :
Supports the activities of the Marketing Operations at the brand team. Specific responsibilities include administrative and project management support for the Director of brand routing & approval for labels, creative asset routing, & rendering requests
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Administrative and Project Management support for the Director of Marketing, including assisting with assigned projects, following up with cross-functional teams for support and information
- Support the team with the migration into Content Hub for routing & approval for labels, creative asset routing, rendering requests, coordination of product sample
REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL :
Associate or bachelor's degreeEXPERIENCE :
2 to 3 years of Executive Administrative support or equivalent experience required2 plus years of exposure or experience in supporting marketing functions requiredKEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS
Functional Skills : Proven ability to provide support to Executive leadership team, able to manage multiple priorities in a demanding workload.
