Job Description : System Engineer

Responsibilities :

• Provide PC, server, and Azure support for customers.
• Assist and support internal and external customers with installation, upgrades, configuration, troubleshooting, and usability of workstations (desktops / laptops), printers, peripheral equipment, networking hardware, VPN, and software (on-site and remote).
• Offer in-person and remote support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Create, manage, and update server and network-related documentation.
• Manage and document trouble tickets within the company ticketing system.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate channels.
• Provide advanced technical support for Microsoft products (Windows 10, Office 2016, etc.).
• Ensure successful completion of daily tasks.
• Demonstrate knowledge and experience with Azure services and virtual machines (VM).
• Create and update system documents, operation manuals, knowledge bases, and troubleshooting histories.
• Report progress and issues to the supervisor.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
