Job descriptionTravel will consist of in home visits within a maximum of 55 miles Flexible work schedule during week to fit your needs Weekdays - Mon-Fri - 8a-5p - never on call Includes travelling time and visit duration - number of visits depends on the schedule you provide Paid per visit along with mileage - visits can take up to an hour Will see geriatric ages mainly Must have atleast 2+ yrs exp in primary care as NP, must have reliable vehicle, previous in-home risk assessment exp preferred Please refer to Job ID.
Great opportunity to work as a 1099 independent contractor for a well established group in Oregon. This Nurse Practitioner would be responsible for doing In-Home Annual Wellness Visits and Risk Assessments throughout selected counties.
