We are seeking a Solutions Engineer to support our Tier 1 Service Providers in the US. Cisco Solutions Engineers are a vital part of the customer journey and are known for their expertise. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a world-class team and grow your career.

Your Impact

This role is for a Solutions Engineer supporting Tier 1 Service Providers in the United States, with a focus on the East Coast region. The primary objective is to act as a trusted advisor to top-tier managed Service Providers, guiding them in integrating and leveraging Cisco solutions for their managed service offerings and end-customer deals.

• Strategic Engagement : Build strong relationships with technical and business decision-makers at our top managed Service Providers.
• Solution Design & Influence : Design, present, and influence the adoption of Cisco solutions that address managed Service Providers' pain points and create successful business outcomes.
• Technical Leadership : Provide expert guidance, training, and support to enable partners to sell and deploy Cisco technologies.
• Collaboration : Work closely with Partner Account Executives to develop joint plans and ensure successful implementation.
• Market Insight : Maintain a deep understanding of Service Provider concerns, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
