Write and modify CNC programs for precision part fabrication. Install fixtures, prepare equipment, and run production jobs. Inspect and measure finished parts using precision gauges and indicators. Troubleshoot machine / part quality issues to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Perform preventative maintenance on Wire EDM machines. Required Skills & Knowledge Hands-on experience with Wire EDM CNC machines . CNC programming and operation proficiency. Strong mechanical and machine tool knowledge. High attention to detail with ability to hold tight tolerances. Skilled at interpreting complex engineering drawings / blueprints. Understanding of conductive materials and machining principles. Physical Requirements Lift up to 40 lbs occasionally. Stand for extended periods. Ability to bend, twist, squat, kneel, and climb. 20 / 20 vision with correction. Why Join C&A Tool?
