You'll Do : As a Nursing Supervisor, you will lead an
interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the
health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your
responsibilities will include oversight of the facility operations,
safety, cleanliness and compliance to nursing policies, procedures
and regulations. Key Responsibilities : Supervising and
guiding nursing staff to ensure high-quality care delivery
Overseeing daily operations, including staffing assignments and
resource allocation Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team
to develop and implement care plans Conducting regular assessments
and audits to maintain quality standards Providing mentorship,
training, and support to nursing staff Ensuring compliance with all

Qualifications of a Nursing Supervisor include : Valid state nursing
license Advanced degree or certification preferred Experience in a
supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting
preferred Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill
with the ability to work with both Strong clinical, leadership,
organizational, and decision-making skills Excellent communication
and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively in a
