Insurance Salesperson

Our insurance agency is an independent insurance agency looking for an experienced salesperson to join our team. This position will assist in promoting the growth of the agency. The role will focus on developing organic new business through leads / referral sources.

Responsibilities

• Successfully develop sales and marketing strategies with prospects to grow organically.
• Advise clients on new and or additional insurance needs while explaining coverage.
• Administrative, agency system upkeep tasks.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
