Financial Management Specialist

Duties And Responsibilities
The successful candidate will perform all functional duties independently including :
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Science, Technology, Engineering, Statistics required.
Professional Certifications Required
PMP, FM, CDFM or other professional certification desired but not required
Clearance Requirements
Active Secret clearance
Years' Experience Required
10+ years of directly applicable experience in DoD Financial Management
Citizenship Requirements
Must be a US citizen
Skills And Abilities
Proficient financial analyst skills and the ability to lead and instruct others in Financial Management. Proficient with software applications including Microsoft Office, GAFS, MOCAS, FM-Suite, WAWF, EDA, SCRT, SDW, CCaR, CRIS, Live Link, and IAPS. Be able to research DoD regulations and processes such as DoD FMR 7000.14-R, Volumes 2A and 2B, Volume 3, Volume 12, Volume 14; AFPD 65-6, DAFMAN 65-604, AFPD 16-2, and AFI 33-322. Must be a self-starter with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities; strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder interaction; ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment; ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment; and strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to present clearly.
Working Conditions
Onsite 2 to 3 days per week. Location : LA, California. Client duty hours (Monday through Friday).
Salary Range
$110 - $175K
