Position Summary
The Front of House (FOH) Manager is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, team leadership, and guest experience. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate and support the team while ensuring seamless service and exceptional hospitality.
As a FOH Manager at Nick's, you will train and manage front-of-house team members, oversee guest satisfaction, and support business growth by ensuring efficient service, food safety compliance, and sales initiatives.
