Job Description :

Supervise, train, and motivate QA personnel; enforce company policies.

Review and audit production, QC, and sanitation records; ensure GMP and FDA compliance.

Lead investigations (OOS, CAPA, deviations, complaints, NCMR).

Maintain QA documentation at audit-ready standards.

Conduct monthly GMP audits and oversee supplier qualification records.

Manage QMS programs (GMP, HACCP, Sanitation, Allergen, Pest Control, etc.).

Coordinate with production and inventory teams on reworks and quality issues.

Support regulatory audits (FDA, NSF, Kosher, Halal, etc.).

Ensure calibration and maintenance of quality instruments.

Stay updated on FDA / CFR regulations and train staff accordingly.
