Job Description :

To perform all basic functions of a Central Scheduler in addition to the following :

• Assist in developing strategies that the team will use to reach their goals.
• Provide training for team members in addition to rolling out policies and procedures directly related to their jobs.
• Effectively communicate clear instructions to team members while reviewing accounts and monitoring daily and / or weekly progress as directed by Management.
• Troubleshoot urgent or problematic issues to obtain resolution and clearly communicate to the parties involved (staff, physicians and management)
