- Ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget

- Quoting projects, creating proposals, and negotiating contracts
- Documenting project details
- Serving as a liaison between customers, employees, and management
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications :
- Five or more years of experience in managing large, complex projects
- Five or more years of experience in plastic injection molding
- Two or more years of experience in negotiating contracts
- Two or more years of experience working with production for large complicated projects
- A solid work history
- Must be a US citizen or possess a green card
- Reside within a 45-minute commute to Brown Deer, Wisconsin
