IT Intern

Position Purpose :

The Information Technology (IT) Intern will assist the Enterprise Business Systems (EBS) - Applications team on various projects and initiatives while gaining real-world experience to supplement topics learned in formal education and training.

Essential Functions :

• Assist in gathering, processing, and reporting data to help determine operational metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Assist in creating dashboards using PowerBI for business process owners (BPOs).
• Assist with testing and validating the company's data within the enterprise resource planning (ERP) data hub to ensure proper functionality.
• Assists with consolidating and the aggregation of data to be used in the ERP data hub.
• Assists with data cleansing and harmonization of ERP data hub to ensure efficient reporting.
• Assists with gathering user requirements for functional specifications.
• Assists with addressing help desk tickets and supporting the IT department's customer base.
• Assists with project work as needed and directed by management.
• Other duties as assigned.
