We need a competent and experienced cook for help prep, cook and pack for multiple events as well as execute events at client site - whether it is drop-off, action station or plated meal.
You will earn base wage plus tips (which typically average out to $2 per hour.)
It is a part time position but becomes a full time position during our busy season (typically May to October plus December).
Compensation : $20 - $24 hourly

Responsibilities :
- You must be willing to work early mornings, weekends and nights
- You must take direction well with a positive attitude and must have a great work ethic
- Keep all workstations, counters, cooking equipment, and refrigerators clean and sanitary according to health and safety rules
- Adhere to established storage and waste control standards for meats, vegetables, fruits, and dairy products to ensure quality food is served
- Demonstrate professional and pleasant demeanor when interacting with visitors, vendors, and associates
Qualifications :
- Must have at least 10 years of cooking experience with multiple cuisines
- Must know how to prepare mother sauces and derivatives thereof
- Must be able to operate all kitchen equipment
- Baking experience is a plus
- Must be able to meet all safety and sanitation requirements of kitchen equipment and food storage
- Must have completed high school or received similar certification such as a GED
- Must be hardworking, detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members
