Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with business goals and global expansion.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure financial accuracy and control.

Oversee treasury and capital management, ensuring compliance with international regulations.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in finance, audit, or investment, including leadership in multi‑jurisdiction financial structures.

Experience as CFO or Head of Finance in a digital product, AdTech, or media environment.

Deep knowledge of IFRS, management accounting, and cross‑border finance; IFRS, DipIFR, and / or CIMA or ACCA certification required.

Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or MBA preferred.

Fluent in English and Ukrainian (business proficiency).
