Key Responsibilities :
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for all operational functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and long‑term growth objectives.

- Partner closely with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute corporate strategy, performance metrics, and operational plans.

Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including senior‑level operational management.Proven track record of driving operational excellence and leading large, diverse teams.Strong analytical and decision‑making skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
