Key Responsibilities :

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for all operational functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and long‑term growth objectives.

• Partner closely with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute corporate strategy, performance metrics, and operational plans.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and quality standards relevant to the organization’s operations.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to support organizational priorities and financial goals.
• Champion cross‑functional communication and change‑management initiatives to support organizational growth.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support the company’s mission, vision, and strategic initiatives.
