You’ll be mapping and building requirements for the implementation of the organization’s public-facing digital properties, ensuring that stakeholders and technologists are communicating, sharing resources and managing processes in the most efficient ways possible. And that won’t just mean maintaining existing systems, but rather engaging head-on in the complex and challenging task of creating new processes and products from scratch. That, of course, entails face-to-face interactions with the various stakeholders to understand their roles and the tools they’ve never thought of that will help them be better at their jobs.
