Job Overview :

In this contingent resource assignment, you will play a pivotal role in consulting on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for experience design. This includes areas such as content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design. You will review and analyze multi-faceted, larger-scale, or longer-term experience design challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented elements. Additionally, you will contribute to resolving complex situations by leveraging a solid understanding of functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet deliverables. Strategic collaboration and consultation with client personnel will be a key aspect of this role.

Responsibilities :

• Lead or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Design Research & Strategy.
• Contribute to large-scale planning related to Digital Product Management functional area deliverables.
• Plan and execute various research methods, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and observational studies to gather qualitative and quantitative data about user needs and behaviors.
• Evaluate research findings to identify user pain points, motivations, and preferences, translating these insights into actionable recommendations for product teams, design teams, and business partners.
• Develop personas and journey maps based on research data to communicate user insights effectively across teams.
• Work closely with designers, product managers, and developers to integrate user insights into the product lifecycle, ensuring that user needs are prioritized in design decisions.
• Share research results with stakeholders through presentations and reports, fostering a user-centered culture.

Pay Range : $55-$60 / hour on W2
