Job description

Position Overview :

  • We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Technical Implementation Leader to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects at HubSync.
  • This role involves managing internal technical resources and coordinating client implementations to ensure timely and successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage cross-functional technical teams, including developers, engineers, and technical support staff.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
  • Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, including scope, schedule, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Coordinate and monitor internal resources to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients during implementation phases.
  • Ensure seamless integration of HubSync solutions with client systems while adhering to best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Communicate project status, issues, and solutions effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Continuously evaluate project processes and implement improvements for efficiency and quality.
  • Leverage your understanding of enterprise software architectures, artificial intelligence, workflow management, and integrations to guide solution design and implementation strategies.
  • Possess a solid technical foundation in software development principles to support project execution and technical troubleshooting.

    • Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in technical project management, preferably within SaaS, cloud, or data integration environments.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead diverse technical teams.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Technical background with understanding of APIs, data systems, cloud platforms, enterprise software, and workflow management tools.
  • Knowledge of or experience with artificial intelligence technologies and their application within enterprise solutions.
  • Hands-on understanding of software development processes, including common programming languages and development lifecycle.
  • Experience managing client implementations and technical support.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
