Internal Tradesman With Paul Davis

Internal Trades work directly within our Paul Davis Reconstruction team to repair damage to residential and commercial property. We are looking for an Internal Trades with comprehensive experience in residential remodeling and construction. Must be knowledgeable in a wide range of repairs to include basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, flooring, painting, drywall, etc. You must be focused on delivering high-quality results while prioritizing safety and efficiency. Passionate about enhancing customer satisfaction and contributing positively to our team dynamics.

Our Internal Tradesmen are on the front lines of restoring their communities by leading others to complete construction projects on budget and up to the industry standard.

Team Compensation and Benefits :

• Hourly pay range $19 - $24 based on skill and experience.
• Opportunity for 40+ hour work weeks

Before You Can Take the Field : Working Conditions and Physical Requirements : The physical environment requires the employee to work all types of both indoor and outdoor conditions. Frequently required to use personal protective equipment, having ability to stand or walk, occasionally bending, squatting, climbing stairs and lifting up to 50 pounds. This position is also required to undergo a criminal background check.
