What You'll Be Doing (Spoiler : Not Just Drafting Memos)

• Handling a caseload of professional liability matters from initial investigation through resolution.
• Taking and defending depositions (yes, you'll get to do them!) Drafting real pleadings, motions, and briefs that end up in court, not just on a partner's desk
• Making court appearances and arguing your heart out
• Reviewing ESI, interviewing witnesses
