Job descriptionProvide administrative and paralegal support for litigation attorneys, including maintaining files, managing calendars, scheduling depositions and meetings, and coordinating travel Assist with new client and matter intake, including conflict checks and engagement letters Prepare, proofread, and finalize correspondence, pleadings, and other legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with court requirements Calculate, calendar, and track court deadlines; perform e-filings in state and federal courts Organize, format, and maintain documents in both paper and electronic filing systems Conduct basic legal research and support attorney workflow as needed Minimum 5 years of litigation legal assistant experience in a private law firm, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and document management systems; strong organizational, communication, and team collaboration skills required
