We are currently seeking a Temporary Systems Engineer for a nine-month assignment within our Digital Nexus technology organization. The position focuses on managing and supporting enterprise server infrastructure running both Windows and Linux operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, configure, and provide ongoing support for server infrastructure hosting enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot complex system hardware and software issues; collaborate with internal teams and vendors to coordinate solutions.
• Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures; interface with business clients and technical staff to implement solutions that meet business needs.
• Work directly with users to prioritize requests and provide timely updates on progress and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate support escalation communication; maintain project technical documentation including design, configuration, and installation details.
• Support end-to-end application testing, defect management, change and release management; provide on-call support, including off-hours and weekend coverage.
