Project Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Avaya Contact Center Telecom Engineer to support a newly inherited integration project focused on building a robust Contact Center IVR for our Charlotte, North Carolina business operations. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external vendors responsible for major implementation activities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and support Avaya-based Contact Center solutions.
- Participate in the IVR build and integration efforts with external vendors.
- Configure and optimize systems involving Swampfox (Contact Center) , Verint , and Korbyt (Wallboard) solutions.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of the telecom environment.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver seamless communication solutions.
Required Skills & Experience :
Strong hands-on experience with Avaya Contact Center technologies .Working knowledge of Swampfox , Verint , and Korbyt platforms.Proven background in Contact Center engineering, IVR configuration, and telecom integrations .Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and vendor coordination skills.Nice to Have :
Experience working in enterprise environments with complex contact center ecosystems.Familiarity with voice network operations and telecom infrastructure .
