Position Overview
The Senior Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders, managing site operations, and leading a team of construction professionals to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
• Supervise site operations and manage on-site staff, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet project goals.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and quality of work.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring work is completed to standard and on schedule.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial construction and project management.
• Proven experience as a Superintendent or similar role in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
