Position Overview
The Executive Assistant / Office Manager will provide direct support to the firm???s team, while ensuring seamless day-to-day office operations. This individual will serve as the central administrative resource, managing executive calendars, travel, events, and communications, as well as overseeing facilities, vendors, and office logistics.
This is a highly visible, key support role within a growing firm, offering broad exposure to every level of the organization.
Due to the nature of the role, it is 100% onsite in the firm???s Uptown Dallas office.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee daily office operations, maintaining a professional, organized, and welcoming environment.
Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange detailed domestic and international travel for Managing Partners and investment team.
Plan and execute company and client events, including off-site sales or investor meetings.
