About the Role
As a CBRE Facilities Manager, you will lead a team responsible for overseeing building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus, or portfolio of small to medium sized buildings. What you'll do :
What You'll Need
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Valid driver's license required. Facility Management certification preferred. Facilities Management in regulated environments including Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences preferred. Vendor management and facilities project management. Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred. Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information and convey performance expectations. Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
