Business Quality Analyst

Title : Business Quality Analyst (BQA)

The QA / BQA shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following tasks and activities :

• Design and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform manual and automated testing to identify software bugs, performance issues, and deviations from requirements.
• Identify, document, and track software defects, ensuring they are properly communicated to development teams and resolved in a timely manner.
• Re-test resolved issues to ensure that bugs are fully addressed without introducing new issues.
• Convert business needs into detailed functional specifications (BRD and other relevant documents), seek approval from the SCM, and communicate to development team to ensure the system meets business objectives.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of testing activities, results, and any issues identified, ensuring transparency in quality control.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect, analyze, and validate business requirements to ensure they align with system functionalities.
• Validate that the IT system aligns with the organization's business processes and objectives, identify gaps and areas for improvement, provide feedback to adjust functionality as needed.
