Business Systems Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst with wholesale / commercial banking experience (nice to have) and agile methodologies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, can bridge the gap between product owners and development teams, and has a passion for delivering innovative solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and document payment system requirements (5+ years of experience required).

Utilize Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence to manage workflows.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure team alignment.

Collaborate with stakeholders to create product vision and translate it into actionable development requirements.

Lead ideation and conceptualization of new products, features, and enhancements.

Communicate product strategy and vision effectively to build stakeholder support.

Perform process mapping and gap analysis to identify improvement opportunities.

Top Skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment with professionalism and respect.

Strong understanding of wholesale / commercial banking operations.

Proven experience in Agile environments, including writing user stories and bridging communication between product owners and developers.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Knowledge of nCino and Salesforce platforms.

Experience in banking or financial services industry.

Additional Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to turn ideas into actionable user stories.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Memphis, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00 / hr.
