The Digital Media Specialist is responsible for ad trafficking, media operations, and supporting the planning and execution of the Company's paid media campaigns across channels. This role works across internal media and cross-functional teams to ensure the overall campaign strategy is aligned and timelines are met. This role requires project management and communication with a variety of agencies and internal partners.
Essential Responsibilities
- Prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks in tandem within established timeframes and meet your stakeholders' business needs, highlighting risks to potentially missed deadlines.
- Communicate effectively through verbal and written communications. Demonstrate emerging leadership skills.
- Learn our digital media process and make improvements to it to achieve streamlined media plans.
- Ensure internal and external partners are meeting deadlines and following the digital media process.
- Request, traffic & audit digital creative assets for multiple channels including paid social media, online video, online audio, display media and paid search.
- Evaluates, pursues and measures digital marketing initiatives, opportunities, and priorities based on their fit with Company strategies and KPIs such as online purchase / consideration and offline sales.
- This role ensures that campaigns are executed flawlessly and accurately from planning, gathering of assets, launch, and measurement to achieve an optimal return on investment for multiple digital channels.
- Complete all required training modules and certifications prior to the due date,
- Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to ensure a safe work environment for all.
- Communicate professionally with all internal and external contacts.
- Follow all Company policies and execute Company standards on appearance and functionality as well as appropriate brand representation.
- Communicates any concerns or issues to leadership to ensure proper efficiency of department and company operations.
Non-Essential Responsibilities

Bachelor's Degree Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related discipline preferred required.Professional Experience
2+ years Paid Search, Product Listing Ads, Local Inventory Ads required.2+ years general knowledge of social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube preferred.Skills List
Demonstrates excellent interpersonal, verbal communication, planning and negotiating skills are required to effectively coordinate all aspects of the offline and online plans.Adept at managing projects and meeting deadlines in a timely manner.Ability to work cross-functionally with agency partners, co-workers and vendor partners.Demonstrates integrity by living the Company values in their relationships.
