Experienced Insulation Sales Representative

• ? About the Role

You'll work directly with home builders and contractors , managing your own accounts and projects from start to finish.

• Develop and maintain relationships with builders and project managers
• Identify new opportunities and close sales
• Perform on-site and plan-based takeoffs using estimating software
• Handle your own estimating and proposals
• Manage leads and bids in our CRM system
• Conduct site visits, bid reviews, and pre-construction meetings
• ? What You Bring
• 3-5+ years of sales experience in insulation or building materials
• Experience working with home builders (preferred)
• Ability to read blueprints and perform takeoffs
• Familiarity with CRM tools
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A self-starter mindset and desire to grow your career
