Customer Service Representative (Full-Time)

Position Overview
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team full-time. In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our suppliers — providing exceptional support, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, and maintaining CanQualify’s reputation for top-tier service and reliability.
Work Schedule
- Full-Time, Monday through Friday
- Hours : 6 : 00 AM – 2 : 30 PM (Pacific Time)
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for supplier inquiries via phone, email, and chat.Provide step-by-step assistance to suppliers navigating the CanQualify platform.Manage incoming requests, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex concerns when necessary.Maintain accurate records of supplier interactions and follow up to ensure timely resolution.Collaborate with Account Managers, the Compliance Team and other departments to support client / supplier satisfaction and program success.Educate supplier users about CanQualify’s tools, features, and compliance requirements.Identify recurring customer needs or pain points and provide feedback to improve service and product performance.Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and expand services — such as helping general contractors invite and manage their subcontractors through CanQualify.Qualifications
3 years of customer service or client support experience, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.Strong communication skills — both written and verbal.Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under minimal supervision.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software tools.Experience in construction, energy, or industrial compliance management is a plus.Why Join CanQualify?
