We are looking for a talented project manager with experience collaborating across sales and development teams in order to meet client needs.
The successful candidate will have the ability to successfully build client relationships and manage project implementation from initial discovery through the end of the roll-out process, including implementation and training.
Experience with software development and the ability to effectively manage priorities across multiple projects is required.
The Manager of Product and Operations will report to the Sr. Director of Product and Operations.
General Duties / Responsibilities :
- Help drive product use and business value with customers, achieve customer goals, develop new features
- Identify ways to improve the customer experience by sharing feedback with key stakeholders
- Define and oversee lifecycle processes
- Test and provide feedback on software developments with goal of making things as user-friendly as possible
- Improve efficiency by finding ways to streamline tasks for both customers and the internal team
- Assist in customer onboarding by gathering data, scheduling and leading training sessions
- Give continuous support to existing customers by communicating and training new product features
- Maintain internal and external standard operating procedure documentation
- Triage support tickets, solving issues for users as able or escalating to development team
- Log stories for bugs and enhancements, ensuring well written requirements
- Perform ad hoc analysis, reporting, and other projects as requested
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering.
- Previous work experience with implementation of application and software development.
- Great communication skills internally and with clients.
- Ability to project manage and collaborate.
- Motivated, self-starter.
