Platform Manager

A company is looking for a Platform Manager focused on modernizing and maintaining infrastructure operations in cloud-native environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead cloud migrations and drive application containerization using Kubernetes

Design, implement, and maintain CI / CD pipelines while ensuring security and compliance

Mentor team members and manage engineering backlogs and sprints

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in infrastructure or platform engineering roles, including 3 years in a leadership position

Hands-on experience with AWS and GitOps tools

Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration with Kubernetes

Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI / CD pipeline design

Experience with Agile methodologies and leading cross-functional teams
