About the Role
We are hiring a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a collaborative and child-centered ABA therapy team in Colorado Springs, CO . Therapy sessions are center-based, in-home, or community-based—always conducted Monday through Friday during standard business hours to preserve your evenings and weekends. You'll have the flexibility to apply your clinical style within a supportive structure that emphasizes individualized care , functional outcomes , and family involvement .
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide clinical supervision to RBTs and other clinical staff.
- Mentor and guide new BCBAs.
- Maintain regular communication with families and ensure client goals are being met.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and collaborative environment for team members and clients.
- Ensure all services align with trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices.
Qualifications
Active BCBA certification in good standing.Meets BACB supervision standards.Experience working with children ages 2–20 with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges.Familiarity with assessment tools such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, and Vineland preferred.Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.Demonstrates leadership, empathy, and alignment with ethical, child-focused values.Additional Requirements
Must pass both national and local background checks.Valid driver’s license required.Comfortable with basic computer tasks and programs (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).A team player who fosters a positive, inclusive, and supportive workplace culture.Benefits
Compensation & Benefits
