Days of Victory Center for Autism is seeking an enthusiastic, honest, detail oriented, compassionate ABA Therapist who loves children and greatly values helping families overcome!
A DAY IN THE LIFE...
Our desire is to enhance the field of ABA by continuously providing quality ABA services to help families overcome. We want you to be a part of that process and as such, we will provide coaching and mentorship to cultivate your skills as a behavior technician. The ideal candidate would possess the ability to :
- Establish and maintain a positive therapeutic relationship with each family
- Provide 1 : 1 ABA therapy for children with Autism and related disorders
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed by the BCBA
- Accept and implement feedback provided by BCBA for program integrity
- Utilize behavior analytic principles to reduce maladaptive behaviors
- Teach socially acceptable replacement behaviors
- Collect data (frequency, latency, duration, etc.) via electronic device
- Communicate client progress with supervising BCBA
- Maintain client confidentiality and ethical boundaries
- Promote team collaboration for effective program implementation
- Maintain cleanliness to promote safe work environments

Minimum 6 months of experience working with children with Autism or related disordersRBT certified (or willing to obtain prior to hiring)CPR / BLS certified (or willing to obtain prior to hiring)Clear state and federal background checkHS diploma required, college experience preferredMUST be comfortable attending to daily living skills of toddlersMUST be physically able to sit on floor, stand, squat, bend, run, play and lift small children (30 lbs) without accommodationMUST adhere to COVID-19 social distancing and safety protocolsStarting pay ranges from $19.25-22.50 / hr depending on experience and education. Pay increases with performance reviews.Schedule :
