We are looking for an experienced Call Center Representative to join the Talkishco team in Washington, DC. As a Call Center Representative, you will have the chance to make a difference in the lives of our customers, resolve customer inquiries, and build relationships with our customers.

Compensation : $58,600

Responsibilities :

• Receive inbound customer calls, inquiries, and orders while providing excellent customer service.
• Respond to customer inquiries, including troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints.
• Confirm customer orders, provide order updates, and resolve any issues.
• Maintain an accurate database of customer records and contact information.
• Utilize customer feedback to improve and optimize customer service operations.
